Aimed for home offices, the Epson WorkForce 845 uses its extra-large size to provide paper capacity that is more than three times that of rival all-in-one printers. This all-in-one printer also has fast wireless printing capabilities, a plethora of mobile printing choices, and an easy-to-use setup process. In addition to copying, scanning, and faxing, this printer features two-sided printing to save you time. For the price, you won’t find a more adaptable all-in-one. A 7.5 × 2.5-inch control panel features a 2.75 x 2-inch capacitive touch screen in the middle. Home, back, and Auto Answer keys, as well as left and right scroll buttons, are located on each side of the touch screen. The power button is located just to the left of the control panel. Below the control panel are two trays, each of which can accommodate 250 sheets (Epson claims that it can print up to 1,000 pages double-sided), making it perfect for busy offices. The two trays account for about half of the WorkForce 845’s 11.8-inch height, but if you’d rather have more paper than fewer, the extra inches will be a benefit rather than a hindrance. On the rear, there are Ethernet, AC, and phone ports. The Epson WorkForce 845 was simple to set up. We installed the ink cartridges, waited 5 minutes for the printer to calibrate, and then used the touch screen to connect to the wireless network. All that remained was for the drivers to be installed on our PC and for any updates to be downloaded automatically.
