The Epson WorkForce WF-7210 Wide-Format Printer closely resembles the model it replaces. This single-function printer type prints effectively overall at respectable speeds and includes a plethora of conventional and mobile networking capabilities. They can also print borderless pages up to 13 by 19 inches and two-sided pages up to 11 by 17 inches. As a result, it has surpassed its predecessor as our best low- to moderate-volume standalone wide-format printer. This model is the same size and weight as its predecessor, measuring 12 by 22.3 by 31.8 inches (HWD) and weighs around 32.8 pounds. In other words, it’s large enough that you’ll almost certainly need to make some space for it. The WF-7210, on the other hand, has two drawers that each contain 250 sheets, as well as an override tray on the rear for printing one-off sheets such premium picture paper or labels. Furthermore, Epson claims that a single sheet of paper as large as 13 by 44 inches may be loaded into the back paper slot. The two paper drawers may additionally hold up to ten No. 10 envelopes and up to twenty sheets of quality picture paper. The maximum monthly duty cycle for this printer type is 20,000 pages, with a suggested monthly print volume of 1,300 pages. Wi-Fi, Ethernet, USB connection to a single PC, Wi-Fi Direct, and near-field communication are among the connectivity choices (NFC). The final two are peer-to-peer network protocols that allow you to connect your mobile devices to your printer without having to link either them or your printer to an intermediate network or router. Furthermore, NFC allows you to print by just tapping your smartphone or tablet to a hotspot on the printer, which is placed to the left of the control panel in this case. Unfortunately, the WF-7210 does doesnt support printing from USB flash drives. The control panel features a 2.2-inch monochrome LCD screen and a few navigation buttons for scrolling and digging down through menus.
