The Epson WorkForce WF-2760 is a compact all-in-one printer aimed largely for home office or micro office customers. It is a budget model in Epson’s WorkForce business inkjet range. It has a variety of connection options as well as good speed and output quality. The WF-2760’s small paper capacity, limited feature set, and notably its somewhat expensive running costs make it ideal for light-duty use in a small workplace, but it may be all you need in that situation. Measuring 9.1 by 16.7 by 14.2 inches (HWD) when closed for storage and weighing 14.6 pounds, the matte-black WF-2760 is small enough to share a desk with. A letter-size flatbed sits atop the printer, along with an automated document feeder (ADF) that can accommodate up to 30 pages. It can only scan one side of a document at a time, though you can always reload the sheet into the ADF and scan the other side if necessary. For convenient access, the front panel tilts slightly upward. It has a 2.7-inch color touch screen with menus to operate the printer’s capabilities, as well as an alphanumeric keypad and buttons such as Stop, Reset, and a control to launch either a black-and-white or color scan. A USB thumb drive port is not available on the printer. The paper capacity of the WF-2760 is only 150 sheets, which isn’t much for a business printer, and it doesn’t support any supplementary paper trays. It does, however, come with an auto-duplexer for printing on both sides. On the WF-2760, there are numerous wired and wireless connectivity options. It can connect to a computer through USB 2.0, as well as to a LAN via Ethernet or Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n). It supports both Wi-Fi Direct and NFC, which allow you to connect directly to a mobile device, the latter by touching a compatible (Android) phone or tablet to a place on top of the printer. Epson iPrint (for iOS or Android), Google Cloud Print, Epson Creative Print, Epson Scan to Cloud, Epson Email Print, and Epson Remote Print are all supported by the WF-2760.
